Help Activate the Australian Autonomous Robotics Precinct at Neerabup

CORE is excited to update you on plans by DevelopmentWA, in collaboration with the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI), to develop an Australian Autonomous Robotics Precinct (AARP)  in 2022.

The facility, located on 51 hectares at Neerabup, 40km north of Perth, will be a focal point for innovators in mining and resources, transport, logistics, agriculture, defence and other sectors that want to be connected with or in proximity to other like-minded industry groups, government agencies, universities and research institutes focused on the development, testing, training and adoption of automation and robotics.

Some of the benefits to users could include:

  • Access to innovation support services that accelerate development and diffusion of innovation;

  • Proximity to industry leaders;

  • Collaboration and joint venture opportunities;

  • Access to common user data;

  • Access to offices, test beds and equipment on an as needed basis;

  • Potential to attract research funding;

  • Networking, branding and marketing opportunities;

  • Exposure to strategic and policy insights;

  • Showcasing opportunities.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

In order to help you leverage this opportunity and support activation of the precinct, we would like to understand your needs and interest as users or supporters, which may include delivering programs, events, training, research, connections and investment facilitation.

If you would like to express your interest or just be kept up to date on progress, please click one of the links below. We encourage early feedback by 10 May.
