CORE is heading to the 2022 Pilbara Summit
CORE Innovation Hub is excited to be attending the Pilbara Summit this June. Hosted in Karratha WA, the Pilbara Summit aims to highlight and discuss economic growth, investment, development, productivity & innovation across the region.
Supported by the Pilbara Development Commission, the Pilbara Summit connects industry, investors, businesses, community, and government representatives for a unique networking and shared learning opportunity.
Along with attending the conference, CORE is looking forward to co-hosting an exhibition space with two great Pilbara-based companies and CORE community members across the two days.

WonBon - Supply & Logistics
Wonbon is a proudly 100% Indigenous family-owned business run by Banjima and Noongar traditional owners with skills, knowledge and experience built in the WA Transport and Mining Industries since the late 1950's.
Wonbon aim to build a supply network to complement the WA mining industry and surrounding communities to support WA Industry and create local jobs while supporting local manufacturing, local suppliers and local communities. Their goal is to have a central Pilbara base to offer goods for industry and local employment, training and development opportunities.
Magellan Power
Based in Bibra Lake, Magellan Power have been manufacturing and supplying high reliability DC & AC power systems and associated equipment since 1991, providing customers with rugged, reliable power solutions especially built and tailored to specific project needs & Australia’s harsh conditions.

Hot 30 at Pilbara Summit
We are also very excited to announce that two of our Hot 30 winners will also be attending the Pilbara Summit this year.
Hot 30 Innovator of the Year Winner, Greasboss, and Women-Led Innovation Winner, Cheeditha Energy will be attending the conference. Both companies are looking forward to meeting with Pilbara-based stakeholders and learning more about the opportunities within the region and beyond.
