Tamryn and Zane along with Dr Keyao (Eden) Li from the Future of Work Institute will facilitate a highly engaging workshop to understand the foundations of a Data Fit Organisation and share the Data Workflow Method to improve data capability across your organisation.

The team will show participants how the ability to define, measure, and uplift data capability - 'Data Fitness' – is critical to delivering value through data and will explore why data science must shift from being project-based, to being fully integrated in workflows and value delivery. There will also be in depth discussion on how organisations looking to leverage AI must effectively integrate operational expertise in the data-science process.

Participants will co-create in theis interactive workshop by mapping a data workflow and data roles, and learning how to support the future Data Fitness of your organisation with this new approach.
