CORE: What does your role entail within the business and what will your key focus be in the coming months?

MARIEL: My role is about partnering the most innovative startups and research institutes to accelerate the development of breakthrough technologies that help BHP and the broader mining secotr to achieve sustainable growth.

CORE: What are your thoughts around the pace of technological change in the resources sector?
